The story:
Sarah was nominated by us after losing her Dad Frank last year to cancer.
Soon after moving away, the family were to suffer further tragedy when Mum Lucy was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
Lucy made it her mission for Sarah to meet her idols and with their whole hometown behind them, we were able to help that wish come true.
Sarah and Lucy were invited to the ITV studios where they were able to meet Ant and Dec in person, before watching a dress run of Saturday Night Takeaway.
