The story:
MacKenzie was nominated to Partyman’s Magic Makers the week before his 6th birthday because he is an amazing little boy who helps his Mum through her illness.
Being a kidney dialysis patient, MacKenzie has seen his Mum at her very lowest point on countless occasions and has got upset when she has ‘gone’ having been admitted into hospital and often without notice.
He is very understanding of his Mums illness and helps her around the house, putting away toys and even his washing.
Whilst awaiting a kidney transplant, MacKenzies Mum relies on a mobility scooter to get around but she does not let that stop her doing everything that she can for her son.
The only thing that he wanted for his birthday was to visit Legoland.
So we are so excited to be sending a special birthday present, which will allow them both to have a lovely weekend next week, staying in the Kingdom Room at the Legoland Resort hotel and enjoying two full days in the park.
